Picture Jasper is a variety of Jasper formed when sediment, mineral impurities, and Silica settle in layers over time. As these layers are compressed and cemented together, they create natural landscape-like patterns that resemble desert scenes, mountains, or flowing earth formations. Each stone’s unique “picture” is created entirely by nature through slow geological processes.
