Refund policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

  • We will accept returns within 7 days of the item(s) delivery date.
  • The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and determine there is no additional damage, your original form of payment will be refunded for the item returned. 

We do not accept returns on Buy Three Get One Free promotions, discounted items, special order requests or items that have visible damage or signs of wear.

If your item arrives damaged - please send us photos of the original shipping box, photos of the damaged product(s) and we will file a claim with USPS on your behalf.
