Shipping policy
- All orders are shipped within three business days of receiving your order confirmation. Business days exclude Weekends and Holidays.
- Once the carrier receives your order any further shipping delays will be out of our control - we are not responsible for weather delays nor catastrophes.
- Shipping is a flat rate of $7 for all Ground Advantage orders, which is our default shipping method. If you need your order quicker, please upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail. We use USPS or UPS as our shipping providers and will utilize whichever entities offer the most cost-effective option.
- Tracking is provided for all orders.
- $100 Insurance is included with each package - if the order exceeds $100 and the purchaser would like additional insurance - it will be their responsibility to add additional insurance to their order prior to checking out (offered under the Add ons & Extras category on the website).
