Bamboo Jasper 5" Skull

A unique and beautiful hand carved piece made from Bamboo Jasper. This Skull is 5" (from front to back) and weighs approximately 2 pounds 13.2 ounces.  

Bamboo Jasper is a Travertine or Calcite based stone that formed on the flanks of a volcano, often in an active fumarole.  Bamboo Jasper features intricate patterns resembling bamboo leaves or grains of wood.
